Are pickup, delivery, VAT or insurance included?

The on-page calculator covers indicative storage only. Transport, handling, applicable taxes, insurance options and final storage-space requirements will be included or excluded explicitly in your written quotation.

Can I change or extend the storage period?

Ask before your planned release date. Extensions and any new daily rate depend on storage availability and the agreed terms.

What belongings can I store?

Provide an inventory for approval. Check restrictions on food, perishables, hazardous or flammable materials, cash, jewellery and other high-value possessions before arranging collection.
